Returns
You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in the same condition as delivered, and in its original packaging. It should be free from any damage, marks, or signs of use.
Returns will not be accepted for used or damaged products, customized or made-to-order items, or products returned without prior approval.

Customers may be required to bear the return shipping cost unless the product received is defective or incorrect.
Refunds

If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days and credited to your original payment method.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery.
You may be required to share images or videos for verification. After verification, we will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.
Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be applicable in cases where the product is damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
Minor variations in design, polish, or grains (as cricket bats are made from natural wood) are normal and not considered defects.
Delays caused by courier services or external factors are not eligible for refunds.
